What ForxZen is

ForxZen is a reference site about trading foreign exchange and CFDs. It has three parts: calculators for the sums behind a trade (cost, pip value, margin, position size, lot size), a glossary of the terms you meet on a broker's platform, and guides on how costs, leverage, execution and client money actually work.

The site is published in eight languages by an editorial team organised into desks by subject, not by named individuals. You can read what each desk covers on the editorial team page.

What it is not

ForxZen is not a broker and not an adviser. You cannot open an account, deposit money or place a trade here, and we hold no financial licence. Nothing on the site is a personal recommendation to buy or sell anything.

We also do not trade with the brokers we write about. When we review a broker, we work from what can be checked: the regulator's public register, the broker's own documents and its published prices.

Broker reviews

We are not publishing any broker reviews yet. A review goes live only when every licence on it has been checked on the regulator's own register, with the register link and the date of the check printed on the page. How we do that is set out in How we review and how we earn.

How the site is paid for

The site is free. It may earn a commission when a reader opens an account through a marked broker link, and it carries clearly labelled advertising. Neither decides what we write. Readers in the United Kingdom and readers of the Thai edition never see broker promotions. Details are in the affiliate disclosure.
