What we collect

• Usage data: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, through analytics, to understand which pages help readers.
• What you send us: the content of emails you choose to write to us.
• Broker link clicks: if you follow a marked broker link, we record the click (time, page, country, browser and your IP address, which is used to stop repeated automated clicks) and set a cookie with a click ID for 30 days so the broker can attribute an account to us.

There are no accounts on ForxZen and no payments. The calculators run in your browser; nothing you type into them is sent to us.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies remember your cookie choice and your language. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's storage.

Analytics uses Google Analytics with Consent Mode. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom it stays in a cookieless, aggregated mode until you accept in the cookie banner; elsewhere it is on by default and you can decline. If you accept analytics, we also use Yandex Metrica, which includes Webvisor session recording (replaying clicks, scrolling and navigation). It loads only after you accept, never before. You can change your choice or block cookies in your browser at any time.

Brokers and other sites

When you leave ForxZen for a broker or another site, that site's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to take a copy of it, or to object to or restrict how it is used: under the GDPR and UK GDPR in Europe, the LGPD in Brazil and the CCPA in California. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it, and who to ask

We keep data only as long as the purposes above need it or the law requires. For any privacy request, write to us from the contact page. When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
